Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 364, 120B, 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but the name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused. Although, it is alleged that blade which is said to have been used in committing the murder of the deceased as well as mobile of the deceased were recovered but the said recovery appears to have been made on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and so far as petitioner is concerned, it appears that except the confessional statement of co-accused, there
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33848 of 2016 (3) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 is nothing against him. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
