2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Rajendra Yadav and Chhotelal Yadav are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation and he is not involved in the crime. He is in custody since 20.10.2023.

5. It has come during investigation that the petitioner was part of conspiracy hatched for killing the two persons and he along with one Lucky Singh has worked as a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22041 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 liner i.e. they gave the location of the deceased and, thereafter, the crime was committed.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is involved in the killing of the deceased and considering the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner/s.
