2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137 ( 2 ), 96 and 3(5) of BNS.
3 . As per First Information Report, informant namely Mukesh Paswan alleged that on 20.11.2024 at about 1:30 PM, while the family members of victim were working in the field, in the meantime this petitioner along with one Ramchandra Paswan kidnapped his daughter from house . It is further alleged that younger daughter of informant witnessed the incident.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under section 183 of BNSS had denied the prosecution case and categorically stated that no

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chieff Judicial Magistrate 1st Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
