This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Banka P.S.case no.682 of 2018 dated 14.10.2018 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that two accused persons cut throat of the father and mother of the informant causing their death and the petitioner assisted them in fleeing away by his Tempo.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of assault attributed against the petitioner. He is in custody since 15.1.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19220 of 2019(4) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 ground that the petitioner is in conspiracy with others in killing the deceased persons and this is a double murder case. . Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner .

With the above direction, this application is dismissed.
