2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 983 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that pursuant to order dated 07.01.2015 the matter was referred to the Mediation Committee, Patna High Court. According to Mediation report in Mediation Proceeding No. 21 of 2015, the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably on terms of settlement mutually agreed between the parties.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.26109 of 2014 (5) dt.10-03-2015 circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 983 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
