2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 6 of 2025 arising out of Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20 B(ii) C/25 and 29 of NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 22.941 Kg. of Ganja has been recovered.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2024 and in the trial, six witnesses have already been examined.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations
