Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and death of the deceased is other than normal circumstance. There is allegation of illegal demand and torturing.

Post mortem report of the deceased shows that deceased died due to shock and haemorrhage caused by the injury found on her person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case no. 31/2016 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani stands rejected.
