JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 This application is for grant of anticipatory bail. Petitioner, Lalit Sharma, was allowed anticipatory bail on 04.05.2017 in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 166 of 2017. However, due to typographical mistake in paragraph 2 of the order, it has been typed that the petitioner is languishing in custody.
Prayer is for modification of the aforesaid wordings. The error is typographical one.
Hence, in the order, dated 04.05.2017, the word "languishing in custody" be read by the word "praying for anticipatory bail". Similarly, in the second line of the last paragraph of first page, before the word "on bail" it be read as "anticipatory bail within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order" and in the third line of the second page after the word "2017" it be read as "with the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code".
The order, dated 04.05.2017, is modified to the extents indicated above.
