2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for partly non-compliance of the order dated 21.05.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 12586 of 2018."
3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite
Patna High Court MJC No.984 of 2020(2) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 party no.2 and learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraph no.3 which read as follows:
"3. That in pursuance of the aforesaid order of this Hon'ble Court, the legally payable dues, with respect to Salary, Leave Encashment and PF Account, amounting to Rs.8,20,447.00/- of the petitioners, which were supposed to be paid by the DRDA, Gaya was obtained from the Government and thereafter the same has been disbursed in the account of the petitioner."
