2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 320 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Except for suspicion, no material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is the husband of Shaesta Khatoon, who was having illicit relatioship with the deceased and it is suspected that Shaesta Khatoon, the petitioner and the brother-in-law of the petitioner have conspired and killed the deceased. The only material which came against the petitioner is that when the

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 320 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
