This is an application seeking some modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner, namely, Ram Prit Rai @ Gudar Rai (original petitioner no. 2) vide order dated 13/08/2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18069 of 2014, in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

It is pointed out that the father's name of petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Siyaram Rai in the F.I.R. itself, consequently, in the original application it has been stated like the above, whereas, his father's name is Late Uchit Rai and fresh power has also been filed on his behalf. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the application in view of the earlier order dated 11/12/2014.

In view of the above, let the order dated 13/08/2014 be treated rectified and acted upon accordingly.
