This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was a domestic help of the informant. In absence of the informant and family members, the petitioner is suspected to have committed theft of cash and ornaments from the house.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was dispute for the non-payment of the wages and the petitioner had already left the work, just to pressurize a false case has been lodged.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be

Case No. 379 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
