The petitioners seek bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No.143 of 2018, in Excise Act 388 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. 50 liters of country made liquor of Mahua are said to have been recovered from the bamboo clump situated in the northern side of the house of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no country made liquor was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in jail since 06.07.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58490 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 of Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II, Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.143 of 2018, in Excise Act 388 of 2018.
