The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Patna, in A.B.P. No. 1011 of 2015 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 on merits. Since there is not material to suggest that the Opposite Party No. 2 has ever misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to entertain the petition any longer. The application stands rejected.
