The petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant, Aman Kumar, along with Rajesh Singh moving on motorcycle reached near Rimjhim hotel then nine persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner came boarding on four motorcycles and surrounded the motorcycle of the informant and caused injury through knife at his back and stomach, in which, he became unconscious. Thereafter, informant was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

No.22915 of 2019(2) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner along with eight others are named in the F.I.R. with general and omnibus allegation to cause injury at the back and stomach of the informant through knife but only three injuries were found on the person of the informant and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. In fact, Kamlesh Kumar Singh @ Shalu Yadav has lodged Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2018 against the informant and others on 01.01.2018, due to that reason petitioner has also been implicated in this case with false allegation. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Dehri, in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
