1. No one appears for the petitioner even on the second round.

2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition has claiming correction of date of birth in his Matriculation certificate, which he passed in the year 2002.

3. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner based on a duplicate certificate issued in 2019 in order to cover the delay.

4. This Court is not satisfied that date of birth should be directed to be changed after a long delay from 2002 till 2022 i.e. after 20 years.

5. The writ petition is suffers from gross delay and latches and is accordingly dismissed.
