This application has been filed for cancellation of bail on the ground that Opposite Party No. 2 shall either keep the victim-wife/petitioner with due dignity and will pay Rs. 1200/- per month.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that he is already paying Rs.1200/- per month. Hence, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to see whether the petitioner has gone on abiding by the order dated 20.11.2013 by paying Rs. 1200/- per month. If the order dated 20.11.2013 has not been complied with and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42866 of 2014 (3) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 Opposite Party No.2 has not deposited the amount so made, then his bail bond shall stand cancelled. However, if Opposite Party No. 2 has paid the amount, the petitioner namely, Sapna Devi would be entitled to withdraw the amount.
