Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Kochas P.S. Case No.67 of 2014 for the offence under Section 366(A) of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has now been recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.she has stated that she had gone with Pradeep Tiwari at her own sweet will and after marriage with him she is living with him peacefully.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the

No.34987 of 2015 (3) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 petitioner is not involved in this case in any way and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, in Kochas P.S. Case No.67 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
