No seizure list has been attached with the bail petition which, on query has been supplied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. There happens to be deficit court-fee and for that, Office is directed to realize the same before transmitting the bail order.
On getting confidential information that kidnappers are present at the funeral ground for collecting the ransom amount, a raiding party was constituted, followed with raid and during course thereof, four persons were apprehended. On search, from the possession of accused persons arms and ammunitions, in terms of seizure list, have been recovered and seized. So far, petitioner is concerned, it is evident that four mobile sets were seized and for

Accordingly, petitioner Manoj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S.
