JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.5.2018. He has clean antecedent. In the written report it is alleged that on the instigation of Vijay Paswan, petitioner and other accused persons committed Mar-Pit with the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Co-accused Suresh Paswan with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 42924

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of P.K. Bharti, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad (Town) P.S.
