2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 116 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 354A, 354D/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 12 of the POCSO Act and under Section 67A/67B of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of making comments on the social media account of the informant.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 12.01.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 116 of 2021.
