2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 836 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the IPC.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

5. The matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22592 of 2025(5) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 report of the Mediation Centre is annexed with the record along with the terms and conditions of the compromise. The terms and conditions are as follows:-

1. Petitioner shall transfer Rs.3500/- (Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) per month in the bank account Number of the either the Opposite Party No.2 namely Nirmala Devi, having account No.0219101088916(India Post Office Bank) or her daughter the petitioner shall start transferring the above stated amount from the month of August, 2025 itself.

2. The petitioner shall let OP No.2 to live peacefully in the house and the shall have permission of one room along with a hut, which is attached with the house.

3. The OP No.2 shall withdraw this instant case after completion of one year from today i.e. on August, 2026. It has also undertaken by the petitioner that if he fails to make payment monthly at any point of time till the life of the OP.No.2, then OP No.2 shall be at liberty to revive the instant case if the learned Court below allows.

4. Both parties are unanimously agreed to remain adhered to with the above stated conditions till their life.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Complaint Case No. 836 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22592 of 2025(5) dt.24-09-2025 3/3 the BNSS, 2023.

7. If either of the parties retracts from the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties, the learned Court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
