Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, his name surfaced in this case on the basis of confidential information, given by spy of the police. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement.

Case No. 66 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
