The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10 of 2006, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner and other two accused persons forged partnership and lease deeds and on the basis of forged partnership deed they got bail. It is submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in earlier case. Similarly situated co-accused Vijay Singh and others and Rameshwar Singh have already been granted regular bail by this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41770 of 2014 (3) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 named, in the event of their his or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10 of 2006, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
