The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter became traceless but, in course of search, he came to know that the petitioner enticed his minor daughter. It is submitted that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. The witnesses are hearsay. The informant did not disclose the source of his information but it appears that the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim, a minor daughter of the informant. The victim is still traceless. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35971 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Jadia P.S. Case No. 11/2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
