In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pakri Barawan P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that on 19.6.2018 at 2.30 O'clock in the day, when the Informant was in her house, Md. Aurangeb came at the door and knocked, the Informant opened the door whereafter Aurangeb entered into the house and started assaulting upon her due to which she received bangle cut injury. When she protested, Aurangeb pressed her throat with an intention to kill her and called his family members, whereupon, the petitioner came and they assaulted the Informant and her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59413 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 children and also took away one golden chain. There is no specific allegation made against the present petitioner.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner being lady, let the petitioner, namely, Rehana Khatoon, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Pakri Barawan P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, she will remain present and if she would not present herself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
