The petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 07/2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 17/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 18(c), 27(b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

Allegation is of selling medicinal items without having valid license from a competent authority.

It has been submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. During the course of inspection petitioner was not present. There is no signature of any family member of the petitioner on the seizure list.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56222 of 2018 (2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 01.06.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S.
