The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3(xii) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
