1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "A. A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction commanding the respondent for the following:- I. To direct the Respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue on the post of Dental Surgeon at Primary Health Center, Ghorasahan, considering this aspect that the petitioner was appointed on contractual basis and till dated no regular appointment has been done.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted at the outset that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated as a contractual employee, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
