No.115 of 2011, arising out of F.I.R. No.64 of 1999, dated 10.6.1999, registered at Police Station Sono under Sections 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is allowed to move a similar application after a period of six months with the direction to the prosecution to re-construct the record and ensure that trial is not delayed any further.

It is seen that the offence pertains to the year 1999 and this Court cannot have any difficulty in accepting the request made by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner. The statement of the prosecutor that no
