The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 598 of 2022 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 6976 of 2022 on 23.08.2022.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20782 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Court POCSO Act (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 598 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
