Petitioner No. 1 being husband of the victim and petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 being parents of petitioner No. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about ten years of marriage by assaulting her for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is also alleged that an attempt was made earlier to kill the victim. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that postmortem reflects no external injury and the viscera has been preserved.

No.34335 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Considering the accusation not being corroborated with the medical opinion, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
