JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one Surendra Mahto was arrested in connection with another case and disclosed the name of petitioner in connection with the present case. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there is nothing against them. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29009 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Brahmpura P.S. Case No.317 of 2015.
