The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 372, 373/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 5b of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

The daughter of the informant went traceless when she was found to have been taken away by the accused persons. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim named the petitioner who ravished the victim.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34791 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
