06-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GP 8 as well as Sri Sarvadeo Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of officials of Vir Kunwar Singh University, Ara.
In this case, by way of filing show cause the University has brought on record an order dated 29.11.2014 passed by the Vice-Chancellor, Vir Kunwar Singh University, whereby the case of the petitioner was considered and claim of the petitioner has been rejected assigning detailed reason.
Learned counsel for the University submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court, a reasoned order has

Keeping in view the order passed by the ViceChancellor, Vir Kunwar Singh University, Ara there is no need to further proceed with the matter. The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order passed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University i.e. Annexure-A to the show cause, she would be at liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceeding.
