Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 170, 171, 212 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar and similarly situated some other co-accused have been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.04.2018 passed in Cr.
