Petitioner is accused in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 441 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. There is specific allegation against co-accused Mazhar Khan. Petitioner has no concern with Mazhar Khan. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
