The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 1.400 grams of Ganja kept in a plastic bag has been recovered from shop of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that up to 1 kg. Ganja comes under the small quantity.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20693 of 2019(4) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
