JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner was posted as P.T. teacher in Belaganj School and it is said that F.I.R. named accused Chandan Kumar had gone to join the concerned school along with petitioner and thereafter, petitioner identified the F.I.R. named accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38351 of 2016 (4) dt.11-11-2016 2/2 well as allegation levelled against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015.
