Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit the original petition along with attested affidavits and also remove all the defects pointed out by the Registry within two weeks from today.

The petitioner's claims appointment on the post of Physical Education Teacher with respect to an Advertisement issued in the year 2010, whereby 34540 posts were advertised

Learned counsel submits that the said selection process came up under litigation and the long process has taken place. The petitioner's name finds place at serial no. 33405 in the said list, but was not offered appointment, while other persons have already been appointed.

In the opinion of the Court, unless prepared for selections in the year 2010, would not survive for a long period of 12 years. A selection process cannot be unending process. Claims of teachers of specially Physical Education Teachers, after period of 12 years became stale and old and person on an acquiring higher age, would not be in a position to teach physical education to younger students. The very process of selection having become stale and old due to efflux of time. No relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
