JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner being husband of the informant preferred Cr. Misc. No. 44710 of 2013 with a prayer for anticipatory bail. The matter was adjourned for several dates and when on submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instruction from the petitioner, the application was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 05.02.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been settled between the parties and the marriage has been dissolved.

Accordingly the application is disposed of.
