The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.07 of 2016 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife respectively, submit that the misunderstanding in between them has now been removed and both are living together since 25.06.2017 and at present, the opposite party no.2
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6680 of 2017 (7) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 has no complaint against her husband (petitioner). Since the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 started to lead their conjugal life afresh and the opposite party no.2 has no complaint against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Complaint Case No.7 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
