The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that his daughter (deceased) was married with Amresh Kumar on 14.05.2020, it is next alleged that after marriage the accused persons, including the petitioner, started demanding gold chain and one motorcycle and on account of non-fulfillment of the demand, the deceased was tortured and assaulted, it is further alleged that on

No.20209 of 2022(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/3 13.07.2021 at about 7:00 PM Amresh Kumar called the informant and informed that his daughter has died, accordingly he reached the place of occurrence and found the house locked, it is next alleged that the informant came to know that the accused persons, including the petitioner, strangulated his daughter to death and concealed the dead body on the bank of river Punpun.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased and the husband is in custody, it is also submitted that petitioner is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
