No. 2545 of 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur for the offence registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 448, 380, 354, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the

Accordingly, the application is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage.
