The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 of Explosive Substance Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the parties have compromised the dispute as is evident from Annexure '3'.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be

No.20110 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Lodipur P.S.
