The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 162 liters of illicit liquor from the cowshed of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Case No. 101 of 2018.
