2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 488 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148,149, 323, 307, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is said to have assaulted the victim Pawan Kumar.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and the injuries caused to the victim are simple in nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 488 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
