2. By previous order dated 17.04.2026, the opposite party no. 5 i.e. the University was directed to file show cause after complying with the order dated 18.11.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18462 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 5University submits that a show cause through online mode has already been filed and a copy of the same has been given to the other side. A physical copy of the same is produced in the Court which is taken on record.

4. From the reading of paragraph 3 of the show cause filed by the opposite party-University, it is clear that the opposite party-University has complied with the order dated 17.04.2026 passed in CWJC No. 18642 of 2025 by passing a reasoned order on 22.05.2026, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-6/A.

5. In view of the fact that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied, nothing remains in this contempt application and it is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 22.05.2026, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the same.
