JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act. One double barrel gun and twenty five cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, co-accused, Arvind Choudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28028 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also with a view to maintain the parity of justice, let the petitioner be released on bail on
