This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ramgarh Police Station Case No. 121 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
